Hot-dip galvanizing,also known as hot-dip galvanized,it is an effective metal anti-corrosion method and is mainly used in metal structure facilities in various industries.The rust-removed steel is immersed in a zinc solution melted at about 500 ° C to adhere the zinc layer to the surface of the steel member,thereby preventing corrosion.

Principle of hot dip galvanizing:
The iron parts are cleaned, then treated with solvent, dried and then immersed in zinc liquid. The iron reacts with the molten zinc to form an alloyed zinc layer. The process is: degreasing – washing – pickling – plating – drying – hot dip galvanizing – separation – cooling passivation.
The thickness of the hot-dip galvanized alloy layer mainly depends on the chemical composition such as the silicon content of the steel, the cross-sectional area of the steel, the roughness of the steel surface, the temperature of the zinc pot, the zinc immersion time, the cooling speed, and the cold rolling deformation.
Process of hot dip galvanizing steel pipe:
Material Inspection (Steel Pipe) — Hanging — De-greasing — Rinsing — Pickling — Washing — Dipping Fluxing — Hot Air Drying — Inside and Outside Hot-dipped Galvanizing Blow — Cooling — Passivation and Rising — Unloading — Inspection and Trimming — Type Identification — Packaging and Storing and Transportation.
