Standard: ASTM-A182 / A182m-2017 “American Society for testing and materials standards: Standard for forged or Du rolled alloy steel and stainless steel pipe flanges, forged fittings, valves and parts for high temperature service”.
A182-F11 has high thermal strength (δ B ≥ 440mpa) and oxidation resistance at high temperature, and has certain hydrogen corrosion resistance. Due to the high content of Cr, C and other alloy elements in the steel, the hardening tendency of the steel is obvious and the weldability is poor. Due to the addition of Cr, Mo and other alloy elements into the low carbon steel, the comprehensive properties of the steel are greatly improved. If it has good high-temperature mechanical properties, high-temperature oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, good toughness, process performance and weldability, it is widely used in the manufacture of petrochemical, coal conversion, nuclear power, steam turbine cylinder, thermal power and other harsh conditions, complex corrosion medium of large equipment.
