Hebei  Haihao Group is a leading manufacturer of pipe fittings and flanges in China. We are located in the Cangzhou, capital of pipe fittings. We have focused on this field for almost 40 years.

We have a Switzerland customer who has needs for S235 EN 10253-2 pipe fittings. For this order, it includes elbows, reducers, tees and caps. Before they palcing the order, they asked the SGS to audit the factory. We passed the audtion smoothly, so we got the order, soon after the audtion.

After we finish the prodution, the customer also asked the SGS to inspect the products according to the standard EN 10253-2. The following is the inspection scope:

1 Quantity check for total pcs which vendor supplied, sampling size: as per requirement of client, 100% for all pcs;

Note: for big amount qty(more then 1000pcs) can not all counted by pcs, will check based on label showing on package;

Result: The quantity is totally conform to the order.

2 Visual check  for available and reachable part on vendor supplied pipe fitting, sampling size

3 Packing and marking check for available and reachable part of pipe fitting

Result: The results totally conform to the requirements of the customer
