Recently, a client from Russia reached out to Haihao Group for assistance in ordering a batch of special-shaped tube sheets. A tube sheet is a flat metal plate featuring multiple circular holes designed to connect various pipes to the housing of equipment, creating a sealed fluid passage while providing essential support for the pipes to ensure system stability.

The arrangement and size of the holes in the tube sheet are tailored to match the diameter of the connected pipes, often requiring customization based on specific application scenarios. Upon contacting our sales department, the client promptly provided detailed design drawings for the product. After thorough analysis, our team discovered that the client required a tube sheet with an outer diameter of 1320 mm, a thickness of 233 mm, and made from SA182 F321 material.

What sets this tube sheet apart from conventional designs is its unique external shape and features. The edges of the tube sheet are raised, and the end surface includes elevated areas for the hole positions, along with reserved welding bevels, as illustrated in the provided drawings. After careful assessment, we confirmed that Haihao Group is fully capable of customizing and producing this special-shaped tube sheet to meet the client’s specifications.
