This client ordered 2 containers carbon steel flanges from us.In order to get more goods delivered within half a month,he also ordered another 2 containers from another supplier-B at the same time.After they receive the goods from B,they found the goods in very bad situation.Most flanges are rusted.The end user asked for 20,000USD as compensation.But the flanges from us are kept very well.That is the reason why he said we helped them save 20,000USD.

Actually we had realized this rust situation would happen when the client demanded oil coating instead of the usual black painting for these flanges because it took about two months to arrive at destination.The rust could not be avoided even with flanges oiled during such long sea transportation period.It would caused troubles for clients to sell once the flanges rusted.So our factory try the best to look for other anti rust methods.Finally we found the anti-tarnish paper and plastic bag could provide more protection.Even though we bear more expenses for the packing,the fact proves our efforts worthy.
