1.Anti-corrosive process(3PE anti-corrosion and 2PE anti-corrosion)
Bare pipe→Blasting→Cleaning Quaility Inspect→Medium-frequency Heating→Powder Spraying→Adhesive→PE→Coating Detection→To stacks of coated pipes
3PE anti-corrosive:
Three layers of PE anti-corrosive structure: the first layer of epoxy powder (FBE > 100um), the second layer of adhesive (AD) 170 ~ 250um, the third layer of polyethylene (PE) 2.5 ~ 3.7mm. The three materials are integrated into one, and the steel pipe is firmly combined to form an excellent anti-corrosive layer.
Pipe diameter range: 60Φ~ 1420Φ
2PE anti-corrosive:
Two layers of PE anti-corrosive structure, the first layer of adhesive (AD), the second layer of polyethylene (PE), the two materials are integrated, the thickness of each layer is the same as the three layers of PE.
Three-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion is one of the main anti-corrosion technology systems at home and abroad. It has good anti-corrosion performance, low water absorption rate and high mechanical strength. It has been widely used in domestic underground gas transmission, gas transmission and oil transmission pipelines.
2.Anti-corrosive process(3PP anti-corrosion and 2PP anti-corrosion)
Barepipe→Medium-frequency Heating→Blasting→Cleaning Quaility Inspect→Medium-frequency Heating→Powder Spraying→Adhesive→PP→Coating Detection→To stacks of coated pipes
3PP anti-corrosion:
Three layers of PP anti-corrosive structure: first layer of epoxy powder (FBE50 ~ 100um), second layer of adhesive (AD) 250 ~ 400um, third layer of polypropylene (PP) 1.4 ~ 4.0mm. The three materials are integrated into one, and are firmly combined with the steel tube to form an excellent anti-corrosive layer, the temperature of which can reach 110 degrees.
Pipe diameter range: 60Φ~ 1420Φ
2PP anti-corrosion:
2PP anti-corrosive structure: the first layer of adhesive (AD), the second layer of polypropylene (PP), two materials integrated, the thickness of each layer is the same as the three layers of PP.
3PP anti-corrosion pipeline generally adopts German DIN30678< polypropylene coating technology standard > for steel tubes and fittings. 3PP anti-corrosion pipeline is mainly used for anti-corrosion pipeline conveying medium with higher temperature and for pipeline anti-corrosion in desert areas with higher surface temperature and longer sunshine time.
3.Anti-corrosive process(FBE/2FBE)
Blasting→Grinding→Detecting→VaccumCleaning→Medium-frequency Heating→Powder→Water Cooling→Coating Detection
Single layer epoxy powder:
The coating of molten epoxy powder is a new anti-corrosive coating developed in the past 30 years. The coating has the characteristics of simple operation, no pollution, good impact and bending resistance, high temperature resistance, and has been widely used at home and abroad.
