This test is one of the common methods to judge the reliability of water pipe connection.In the hydrostatic pressure test, the joints and inner wires should be checked one by one,and the plugs should not seep water,otherwise it will directly affect the needle of the pressure tester.Let me introduce this process briefly:

Pipeline inspection and acceptance:

1: In the test,it is necessary to use the pressure gauge with the measuring accuracy of 0.1 bud,and install the pressure gauge at the lowest point of the whole piping system as far as possible.

2: After the pipe is filled with water,the air in the pipe can be removed,and then the main valve of the water meter can be closed to start the test.

3: The test pressure is 1.5 times the maximum possible working pressure.

Note: Electric pumps are strictly prohibited.
