Each product undergoes meticulous visual inspection to ensure they meet the highest standards. Our commitment to quality is reflected in our reviews, ensuring products are free from rust, scratches, bends or any other damage.

Customers demand not only quality, but also appearance that matches their standards. To achieve this, the products are equipped with plastic protective caps and packaged in an aesthetically pleasing way. The packaging needs to be divided into 11 sets, with each set distinguished by purple and green to achieve a beautiful and clear effect.

All steel pipes are fixed to a length of 6 meters, and a total of 140 pieces are produced. The steel pipes need to be coated with 3PE coating and the thickness of the coating must be tested. The 5.56-inch elbow needs to meet the strict requirements of the EN13480 standard. The steel pipes and elbows made of A-516 Gr. 70 need to prepare test blocks for composition detection and hardness testing. They must meet the test requirements before production.
