Our flanges and pipe fittings factory worked together and finished order production for Dubai project.After over 20 days hard working and strictly testing ,our factory finished the order production for UAE client. The products are steel pipe fittings and forged flanges, all are our regular piping products.Fittings are in ASME/ANSI B16.9 standard, and material is ASTM A234 WPB.Regarding the forged flanges,our customer request SO flange as per BS4504 standard, so we check again with clients for the flange type,in BS4504 standard there are two types of slip on flanges,type 101 is plate slip on flange,type 112 is hubbed slip on flange.A lot of mistakes are came from this confusion.

BS4504 TYPE 112 BOSSED SLIP ON FLANGES

From the name,we can understand,type 112 are slip on flange with a hub,it is also called bossed slip on flange.So we confirm this point with end user to make sure there is no misunderstanding.Finally clients told us the piping system in this order need the hubbed slip on flange,it is type 112 of BS4504 .

Because the clients has a very tight schedule for business,he did not come to visit us and inspect the goods,he arrange Third party inspection for the pipe fittings,and the inspection report is perfect finally.Our client promised he would come to meet us in future cooperation.
