Recently, we received an order from a European client for a batch of ASTM A182 F316/316L ASME B16.36 orifice flanges, showcasing our expertise in delivering premium-grade products tailored to meet complex operational requirements.

These ASTM A182 F316/316L orifice flanges, specified as DN 100 x S-20, are rated for 150 lbs with a raised face (RF) design to ensure superior sealing performance. The flanges are equipped with precision-machined 0.75″ threaded taps to accommodate differential pressure measurement, critical in flow metering applications. Each flange also comes with ASTM A182 F316/316L hex plugs, offering enhanced resistance to both corrosion and mechanical stress.

This order required the flanges to operate reliably under demanding environmental conditions, withstanding temperatures down to -40°C. The material choice of ASTM A182 F316/316L ensures exceptional corrosion resistance, particularly in harsh environments, while maintaining strength and ductility in both low and high-temperature conditions.

Further reinforcing the durability of the installation, the fasteners used for this project include A193 Grade B8M Class 1 bolts with A194 Grade 8M nuts, selected for their high tensile strength and resistance to oxidation and stress corrosion cracking, ensuring longevity and structural integrity under pressure.
