In a recent steel pipe order from our respected Italian customer, in addition to carbon steel steel pipes, the customer also ordered a large amount of stainless steel pipes, and the customer made requirements for the raw materials, which need to contain 18% chromium (Cr.) and 8% nickel (Ni.), and conforms to the ASTM A312 TP304 level standard. The single length is 6 meters. The customer ordered nearly 200 pieces of this steel pipe.
ASTM A312 is a standard specification for seamless, welded, and heavily cold worked austenitic stainless steel pipes. ASTM A312 covers a range of austenitic stainless steels including grades like 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, 347, and others. ASTM A312 stainless steel pipes are widely used in various industries such as oil and gas, chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, food processing, water treatment, and more. They are suitable for applications where corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength are critical.

In addition, the customer requires that the raw materials be produced in open-hearth furnaces or electric furnaces, and that both ends of the pipes be designed with bevels to facilitate welding and connection. On the outer layer of the steel pipe, the customer requested that the surface of the steel pipe be painted with brown paint in sections with a width of 2 inches and located 18 inches from each end of the steel pipe. Regarding these requirements, Haihao Group has communicated in detail with the production department and will choose zinc-rich epoxy paint to spray paint tapes for customers. We have communicated with customers in detail about every detail. After confirmation, the factory will spray paint strips on these steel pipes. Production is arranged.
