Brazil’s foreign trade board,Camex,decided to extend for five years the definitive antidumping duties on imports of seamless steel pipes from China.The new policy will till August 2022.
Seamless Steel Pipes
The products under investigation were carbon steel seamless line pipes for oil and gas pipeline,with OD up to 5 inches which HS code is 7304.1900,original from China.It reviews were started in September 2016.
As per the decision published,the USD743/Ton duty will be maintained against these seamless steel pipes.Vallourec is the sole seamless pipe manufacturer in Brazil,they were the petitioner of the investigation in 2011.
